Glow LifeTech Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $605,000 through the issuance of over 20 million units at $0.03 each. These funds are earmarked for general working capital purposes. The units, consisting of shares and purchase warrants, are subject to a four-month hold period as per regulatory compliance.
