Glow LifeTech Corp., a Canadian biotech firm specializing in enhanced nutraceutical and cannabinoid products, has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $750,000. The financing will be through the sale of 25,000,000 units at $0.03 each, with each unit consisting of one common share and a purchase warrant, which allows buying another share at $0.05 within eighteen months. The funds raised are intended for general working capital purposes and the offering’s closure is contingent upon necessary approvals, including the Canadian Securities Exchange.
