Glory Sun Land Group Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. He and Dr. Tang as Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs), effective from 15 July 2024, due to their other commitments. The company has also appointed Ms. Tan and Mr. Huang as their replacements, who will join the Board Committees on the same date. The Board expressed its gratitude to the outgoing INEDs for their service and confirmed that their departures were amicable.
