Globus Medical, Inc. announced the elevation of Keith Pfeil to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer as of February 1, 2024. Pfeil, who has been with the company as Senior Vice President and CFO since August 2019, will receive a salary boost to $460,000 and a target bonus increase to $600,000. His promotion does not stem from any prearranged agreements with other persons, and he maintains no familial or disclosable relationships with company executives or directors.
