Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited has announced an interim dividend of 10 cents per share for the first half of 2024, with an option for shareholders to receive new shares instead of cash based on a Reference Price of 208 cents per share. This scrip dividend alternative comes at a 20% discount to the average market price, with the election period closing on September 27, 2024. The company, a leader in the office investment market in Central and Eastern Europe, manages a €2.7 billion portfolio with a majority in income-producing office assets.
