Globalworth Real Estate Investments (GB:GWI) has released an update.
Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd is proposing to repurchase up to €60 million of its 2029 and 2030 notes, aiming to optimize its capital structure and reduce interest costs. The tender offer for the notes comes alongside an expected sale of the company’s 50% stake in Romanian logistics assets for €56 million, as part of its strategy to deleverage and enhance liquidity. The deals are contingent on certain conditions, with the tender offers set to expire on 17 July 2024.
