Globaltrans AGM Approves Key Financial Resolutions

Globaltrans Investment Plc Sponsored GDR RegS (GB:GLTR) has released an update.

Globaltrans Investment PLC successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 29, 2024, with nearly unanimous shareholder participation. Key resolutions included the approval of the previous year’s audited financial statements, the decision to withhold a final dividend for that year, and the appointment of RAI LLP as the new auditors. Additionally, shareholders approved the dematerialization of shares and amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association.
