GlobalData Reports Solid Growth and Strategic Expansion in FY24

GlobalData Plc has announced a successful financial year ending December 2024 with revenues and growth in line with market expectations. The company reported a 4% increase in Group revenue to approximately £286m and a 6% growth in Adjusted EBITDA, maintaining a 41% margin despite significant investments in their Growth Transformation Plan. The company has been actively investing in AI capabilities and expanding its sales force to drive client impact, evidenced by a 60% increase in AI Hub usage. GlobalData executed four strategic acquisitions in the latter half of FY24, contributing to an anticipated additional £42m in revenue for FY25. The company also conducted share buybacks totaling £57m and announced new £340m financing facilities to support its continued M&A strategy. With strong revenue visibility and a robust financial position, GlobalData is poised for further growth in 2025, aiming for a 45% margin and £500m revenue by the end of its three-year growth plan.
