GlobalData (GB:DATA) has released an update.
GlobalData PLC has announced the repurchase of 150,000 of its own ordinary shares on 28 August 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on 31 July 2024. The shares were bought at a uniform price of 222.0 GBp per share and will be subsequently cancelled, leaving the total number of voting rights in the company at 840,968,898. This strategic move may influence shareholder calculations regarding their stake in the company.
