Global Uranium Corp. has expanded its portfolio by completing the acquisition of five new uranium projects in Wyoming, USA, covering a total of 5,040 acres. The deal with Foster Wilson involved a payment of US$70,000 and the issuance of 400,000 shares, which are subject to a four-month holding period and additional resale restrictions.
