Global Sweeteners Holdings Limited has successfully completed the second phase of issuing convertible bonds valued at around HK$65.7 million, with the proceeds intended for the restoration of their Jinzhou production facilities. Subscribers Kong Zhanpeng and Wang Tieguang subsequently transferred part of their bonds to Hong Kong Huasheng Company Limited. This financial move has the potential to significantly alter the company’s shareholding structure upon full conversion of the bonds.
