Global Sweeteners Holdings Limited has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for 20 June 2024, to 28 June 2024, to accommodate the re-election of Mr. Li Fangcheng as an executive Director. Accompanying this change, a supplemental circular, notice, and revised proxy form will be dispatched to shareholders by 13 June 2024. Additionally, the company’s register of members will now close from 24 June 2024 to 28 June 2024, affecting share transfer registrations.
