Global Ship Lease (GSL) has released an update.
Global Ship Lease, Inc., a leading independent containership charter owner, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.546875 per depositary share for its 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares. The dividend is for the period from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, and will be paid on October 1, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 24, 2024. The company, which started operations in 2007 and was listed on the NYSE in 2008, owns a diversified fleet of 68 containerships with a contracted revenue of $1.77 billion.
