Global Petroleum Limited announces a Retail Offer exclusive to its existing UK retail shareholders to purchase new ordinary shares, separate from a concurrent share placing. The offer, running from August 14 to August 16, 2024, allows shareholders to participate through CMC CapX, with a minimum subscription of £250 and a condition that the total consideration does not exceed £100,000. The shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares upon issue, with no need for a prospectus due to the offer’s compliance with UK financial regulations.
