Global Payments Inc. (GPN) has released an update.

Global Payments Inc. has announced its strategy to raise $1.75 billion through a private offering of Convertible Senior Notes due in 2031. This initiative, targeting qualified institutional buyers, is set to bolster the company’s financial position without the usual Securities Act registration. Furthermore, the company may extend an option for initial purchasers to acquire an additional $250 million of these notes shortly after the offering begins.
