Global Partners LP has announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.59375 per unit on its 9.50% fixed-rate Series B preferred units, totaling an annualized payout of $2.375 per unit. This distribution is for the period from May 15 to August 14, 2024, and will be paid to registered unitholders by August 15, 2024.
