Global New Material International Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of the first tranche of convertible bonds valued at US$40 million, with an extension of the Option Bond Period by 120 days to allow more time for potential subscriber identification. This development is part of a larger proposed bond issue of up to US$80 million under the company’s general mandate. The terms of the Purchase Agreement remain unchanged aside from the extension.
