Global Gas Corporation CEO Terminated for Misconduct

An announcement from Global Gas Corporation (HGAS) is now available.

Global Gas Corporation ousted its CEO, William Bennet Nance, Jr., citing ‘Cause’ related to gross misconduct, breaches of fiduciary duty, and actions harmful to the company’s interests. Despite being given a chance to rectify these issues, Nance disputed the claims and opted to resign, claiming ‘Good Reason.’ Subsequent violations by Nance affirmed the company’s decision to terminate him, which also led to his automatic resignation as a director.
