Shareholders have raised questions regarding the remuneration terms, with a hearing set for July 30, 2024, to seek court sanction for the JPLs’ fees totaling over $10 million incurred during the previous year. Shareholders are encouraged to submit further comments or appear at the hearing to express their support or opposition.
