At a special meeting, over 90% of stockholders voted on key proposals, including extending the deadline for a business combination up to August 2025. The meeting concluded with approval of all proposals, maintaining redemption rights for public shares and setting contingencies for company dissolution if a business combination isn’t completed by the new deadline.
