Global Atomic Corporation has upscaled its public offering to C$35 million due to strong investor interest, offering 29.17 million units at C$1.20 each, including common shares and warrants. The funds raised are earmarked for the development of the company’s Dasa Project in Niger and for general corporate purposes, with the offering expected to close by October 16, 2024.
