GLG Partners LP has notified Ibstock PLC that on July 8, 2024, they have crossed a threshold in their holdings, now possessing less than 5% of the company’s voting rights through both direct shares and financial instruments. This change in shareholding composition was promptly reported to Ibstock PLC and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) the following day.
