Mendola played a crucial role in Glass House’s public listing and the acquisition of a significant farm, contributing to the company’s expansion in the competitive U.S. cannabis market. Following his departure, the board has been resized, and any votes previously cast for Mendola in the upcoming company meeting will be disregarded.
