Gladstone Land Welcomes Katharine Gorka to Board of Directors

Gladstone Land (LAND) has shared an update.

Gladstone Land Corporation has appointed Katharine Cornell Gorka to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. She will serve as an independent director until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders and will be part of the Ethics, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Gorka’s director compensation aligns with the company’s established independent director program. No conflicting arrangements or reportable transactions exist between her and the company. Her election was publicly announced via a press release.
