Gladstone Investment Corporation has announced the addition of Katharine Cornell Gorka to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Gorka, who will serve as an independent director until the 2027 annual meeting, has also been appointed to the company’s Ethics, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Her director compensation aligns with the current independent director compensation program, and there are no reported conflicts of interest or reportable transactions involving her.
