Gladstone Capital Corporation has announced the appointment of Katharine Cornell Gorka to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Gorka will serve as an independent director until the 2027 annual stockholders’ meeting and will be part of the Ethics, Nominating, and Corporate Governance Committee. She will receive compensation in line with the company’s established program for independent directors, and her election is free from any undisclosed agreements or reportable transactions.
