Gigante Salmon AS Secures NOK 225 Million Funding

Gigante Salmon AS (DE:96M) has released an update.

Gigante Salmon AS successfully completed a private placement, raising NOK 225 million to fund its land-based salmon farming site and for general corporate purposes. The oversubscribed placement, initially set at NOK 200 million, resulted in the allocation of 34,615,384 new shares at NOK 6.50 each. Additionally, the company is considering a subsequent offering targeted at existing shareholders who were not part of the private placement.
