Gigante Salmon AS Raises Capital for Expansion

Gigante Salmon AS (DE:96M) has released an update.

Gigante Salmon AS has completed a private placement, issuing 34,615,384 new shares and raising approximately 225 million NOK to boost its share capital. The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has registered the share capital increase, bringing the company’s total share capital to 168,789,643 NOK. Gigante Salmon AS is expanding its land-based salmon farming operations with a unique flow-through system at its new facility.
