Gigante Salmon AS has announced a private placement of new shares, expected to raise around NOK 225 million, followed by a subsequent offering aimed at existing shareholders not included in the private placement. The subsequent offering, contingent on market conditions and regulatory approvals, will offer up to 4,615,384 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 6.50 each.
