Gigante Salmon AS has announced a subsequent offering of up to 4,615,384 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 6.50 per share, aiming to raise approximately NOK 30 million. The offering targets existing shareholders who were not part of the private placement pre-sounding phase, were not allocated shares in the private placement, and are not residents in jurisdictions where the offering is unlawful. The subscription period for the offering begins on 27 June 2024 and ends on 9 July 2024, with shares expected to be delivered on or about 19 July 2024.
