Gigante Salmon AS has successfully allocated 2,473,951 new shares at a price of NOK 6.50 each, raising approximately NOK 16.1 million in gross proceeds from their subsequent offering. The company’s total capital raised, including a prior private placement, amounts to roughly NOK 241.1 million. Share capital increase is expected to be registered by mid-July 2024, post which shares will be delivered to subscribers’ VPS accounts.
