Gigante Salmon AS has successfully completed a subsequent offering, issuing 2,473,951 new shares and raising approximately NOK 16.1 million. With the capital increase now registered, the company’s share capital stands at NOK 171,263,594, divided into an equal number of shares. Gigante Salmon AS is pioneering land-based salmon farming with their first facility underway in Norway, aiming to merge traditional and modern aquaculture methods.
