Giant Mining Corp (TSE:BFG) has released an update.
Giant Mining Corp. successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $1,380,906.30 by selling units at $0.30 each, which include share purchase warrants with an exercise price of $0.40. These warrants come with an acceleration clause based on share price performance, and the proceeds will fund exploration activities on the company’s Nevada Project and other corporate initiatives. The company also paid finders’ fees and issued finders’ warrants as part of the private placement deal.
