GH Research PLC Shareholders Approve Board Resolutions

GH Research (GHRS) has released an update.

GH Research PLC successfully conducted its annual general meeting where shareholders approved all board-recommended resolutions, including the re-election of key directors and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ireland as independent auditors for 2024. The meeting’s resolutions also allowed for the authorization of the board to set auditor remuneration.
