GFL Environmental (TSE:GFL) has released an update.
GFL Environmental Inc. has announced the pricing of a $500 million senior notes offering at 6.625%, set to mature in 2032. The funds will be used to redeem existing 2025 Secured Notes, with the goal of transitioning more debt to unsecured to align with an investment-grade capital structure and preserve financial flexibility, while maintaining leverage neutrality.
