Getty Copper Inc. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2024, where all proposed resolutions passed and a new Board of Directors was elected. Subsequently, the company appointed the experienced finance professional Tom MacNeill, who has a rich background in corporate development and resource management, as its new Chief Executive Officer. MacNeill’s extensive resume includes significant achievements in project financing and development within the resource sector.
