Getty Copper Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement of 9 million units, raising $450,000 to fund exploration programs and for general corporate uses. The units, priced at $0.05, include a common share and a warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.075 for two years. Notably, the transaction included a purchase by an insider without finder’s fees, and is pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
