Getech Group plc, a leader in locating subsurface resources, is set to expand its share capital with the issuance of 10,144 new ordinary shares, following the exercise of employee share options. These shares are scheduled to begin trading on AIM on 22 October 2024, enhancing shareholder engagement with a total of 152,484,519 shares available.
