Getchell Gold Corp. has successfully completed the final tranche of its non-convertible debenture financing, raising a total of $4,363,318 and issuing over 43 million Debenture Warrants. The proceeds from this financing round will be allocated to exploration activities on the company’s properties and to bolster general working capital. Additionally, Getchell has engaged with Bonaventure Explorations Ltd. for strategic advisory services, compensating them with cash, stock options, and common shares.
