Gerdau SA (GGB) has released an update.
Gerdau S.A. has announced that its joint venture, Addiante, is set to revamp its fleet by acquiring 1,607 vehicles with a leasing agreement with Ambipar, involving a significant capital increase and additional investment by the shareholders. The deal, which hinges on regulatory approval, will see the new fleet leased back for a minimum of five years, with financing for the project being arranged by Addiante.
