Geologica Resource Corp. aims to raise C$300,000 by issuing 6 million units at C$0.05 each to expand investor participation in its copper and critical minerals exploration projects. The company’s focus is on the Topley Copper Project in British Columbia’s active Babine Porphyry Belt and newly acquired properties in the underexplored Atlin camp.
