GenusPlus Expands with CommTel Acquisition

GenusPlus Group Ltd. (AU:GNP) has released an update.

GenusPlus Group Ltd has proposed to acquire CommTel Network Solutions, a leading provider of critical communication networks, for approximately $6 million plus potential additional payments based on future earnings. The acquisition, expected to be accretive to GenusPlus’s earnings per share, will bolster its communications division and expand its Tier 1 customer base, pending approval at an upcoming creditors’ meeting and satisfaction of other conditions.
