Genting Singapore (SG:G13) has released an update.
Genting Singapore Limited has announced the addition of Ms Wong Chien Chien as an Independent Non-Executive Director starting from 1st May 2024. This appointment marks a change in the company’s Board of Directors, although the Board committees will maintain their current composition. A detailed announcement regarding Ms Wong’s appointment will follow separately.
