Genting Singapore Limited successfully held its 39th Annual General Meeting with key executives and directors present, alongside the company’s auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and scrutinizer T S Tay Public Accounting Corporation. The meeting saw the adoption of a new electronic polling system for resolutions, with voting taking place shortly after each resolution was presented. Shareholders had the opportunity to submit questions prior to the meeting, with responses published on SGXNet and the company’s website.
