Gentherm (THRM) has provided an update.
Matteo Anversa has announced his voluntary departure from Gentherm Incorporated as the Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective September 1, 2024. He will assist in the transitional period until his departure and is set to join a larger public company outside the automotive sector. His resignation does not stem from any disputes regarding the company’s financial practices or policies.
