Genscript Biotech (HK:1548) has released an update.
Genscript Biotech Corporation has clarified that the recent Restricted Share Award (RSA) Grant will be satisfied within the existing scheme mandate limit, without the need to issue new shares under the General Mandate. No new shares have been issued following the approval of amendments at their annual general meeting, leaving 20% of the total shares still available for future allotment. The newly granted RSA Shares will be held on trust for the grantees until the end of the vesting periods.
