Genius Group Limited has announced an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) set for 17 July 2024, where shareholders will address the resignation of their current auditors, Mazars LLP, and the proposed appointment of Enrome LLP in their stead. Additionally, the meeting will cover the authority for the Directors to issue shares and make related financial instruments without offering them to existing members first, based on terms the Directors deem fit.
