Genius Group Limited has initiated an independent investigation into allegations concerning LZG International Inc and its dealings with the company, including the asset purchase agreement and transaction. As a result, the company is withholding its first half 2024 financial results and has withdrawn its financial guidance for the year. They have also appointed The Basile Law Firm P.C. as their general litigation counsel.
