Genius Group Limited has announced the cancellation of the previously scheduled Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 18 September 2024, which was intended to discuss a Proposed Share Consolidation. The Board, after considering stakeholder feedback, has decided against proceeding with the share consolidation at this time. As a result, any proxy forms submitted for the EGM will be disregarded, and shareholders are advised to stay informed through upcoming company announcements and consult with their professional advisors as needed.
