Genie Energy Ltd Class B Commo (GNE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Genie Energy Ltd. has amended its compensation agreement with CFO Avi Goldin, effective January 1, 2024, for a three-year term. Goldin will receive a yearly salary of $425,000, a guaranteed annual bonus of $150,000, and potential discretionary performance bonuses. Additionally, the agreement includes severance terms for particular termination scenarios or if the agreement is not renewed.
